We are ONLY open by appointment  for all check-ins and check-outs.


Inspections are welcome also by appointment.


We do not operate in conventional hours so you are able to drop off and collect your loved one after hours and on weekends provided it is done at the time of the booking.


Sundays are open again only by appointment and between the hours of 4pm to 5pm.


We are open on selected Public Holidays but only at specific times (please contact us for further details if you require such days) .


The charges are a day rate and include GST.


Payments are to be made by cheque, cash or bank direct/internet deposit (no credit card or debit card facilities).


*Pick up and Delivery is available for an additional cost - please contact us for pricing to your area.*


We do short & long term boarding (discount rates given for stays longer than 30 days, except in the December/January holiday period).
